Natalie Thiessen’s illustrations naturally reflect her surroundings; the colours, climate and people that she has encountered as a native of Manitoba. Based in Winnipeg and a graduate of Red River College’s Advanced Graphic Design program, Natalie has designed and illustrated many educational publications as well as several children’s books including Turtle Island, Bucky Beaver and I Like To Be for Native Reflections in Winnipeg.
