Liz Feltham is a contributor to a number of magazines and has authored three cookbooks: South Shore Tastes , Fabulous Fishcakes , and Summer Drinks . A strong proponent of the Halifax food and tourism industry, she has sat on several culinary juries, including the prestigious Gold Medal Plates competition.
